Mr. Sivaram Swamy
Mr. Sivaram Swamy, is a former General Manager of Indian Overseas Bank. A veteran of the banking sector, he is attributed to several key initiatives at the bank, including drafting the Manual on Organisation and Management covering the systems and procedures for controlling offices of the bank. In his illustrious career, he has handled several departments of the bank and across various locations in India and abroad. Post retirement, he is currently serving as Faculty adviser with IOB Staff college, STEM outsourcing and is a chief consultant and adviser to Chennai Consulting Group.
Prof. S. Bhaskaran
A post graduate in commerce and CAIIB by qualification and having over 40 years of experience in Finance, Project Appraisal, International Trade, Banking, Credits Management, Bad Debt recovery and teaching assignments at Bank’s staff training colleges and at National Institute of Bank Management (N. I. B.M). He retired as DGM from Bank of India and post retirement, he has headed the research division of ICFAI Business School and Amity Business School.
Prof. Bashyakar Matapalli
A Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of experience in the Industry and Academics,
Prof.Bashyakar is a practicing chartered accountant and a faculty to leading business
schools in and around Chennai. He has designed and conducted corporate training
programs in the areas of Finance for Non-Finance Executives, Taxation, Auditing,
Finance for software professionals, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets for various
leading companies across the world.
Prof. V K Kumar
A Chemical Engineer from IIT-Madras and Post-graduate from IIM Ahmedabad in Business
Management, with over 35 years of industrial and academic experience, predominantly
in the Chemical industry. Has had experience in Project Appraisal & Financing
while working for one of the pioneer Merchant Bankers. Has implemented
many projects, co-ordinated R&D and overseen process re-design improvements
in a medium-sized fine chemicals plant and has provided consultancy in technology
upgradation, process improvements and alternative process routes for fine chemicals.
Has been involved with academics for nearly a decade in the areas of Operations
and Business Process Re-engineering.
Prof. Anbu Palanikumar
An alumnus of IIT-M and IIM-A with over 35 years of experience in the field of capital markets, management consulting, renewable energy and academics, he was associated with companies like UTI capital markets and Besant Raj Consulting for long years before moving into academics. Presently he is a co founder of REHENA and coordinator at Madras School of Work.
Prof. N. Kannan
A Mechanical engineering graduate from IIT-Madras, a Certificated Associate
from the Indian Institute of Bankers and a Chartered Financial Analyst of The
Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India. He combines both industrial
and academic experience, in a career spanning over three decades. He has conducted
several techno-economic feasibility studies with specific reference to sick unit
rehabilitation of small scale enterprises. He has more than a decade of experience
in credit appraisal and project financing, including provision of risk/venture capital
assistance. As a faculty member and former Dean of a Business schoool, he has
designed and delivered several training programs in the areas of finance, banking,
investments etc. for leading companies in India and Middle East
Prof. C.K. Chandrasekhar
A Bachelor of Technology and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Prof.Chandrasekar has over
30 years of experience in Industry and Academia. He has worked in front line Organizations like ASCI, ECIL, Wipro, Royal Flight Oman, GE Capital Japan and iGate and has extensive experience in IT, Project Management, Business Process Design and Reengineering. He is also a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt. For the last 3 years he has been regularly conducting Executive Development Programs on Data Analytics for corporate clients.

Prof. Harihara Mahadevan is a post graduate in human resource management with over three decades of industrial experience. He has worked in various capacities at SPIC, India. Presently he is a Principal Consultant in the area of HRM and an Advisor to Chennai Consulting Group.

Mr. Sharma is a Gold Medallist of the 1979 Batch from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has over 34 years of experience across several industry verticals. His last corporate role was as President-HR at BGR Energy Systems Ltd., and previous to that as VP & Head-HR at L&T-ECC Division. He was Member on the Board of L&T Infrastructure Operating Company during his stint in L&T. Prof Anand. J - Co founder & Principal Consultant
A post graduate in management and a Microsoft certified CRM professional has over
18 years of experience in the Industry and Academics. He has been associated with
various companies like Indian Oil Corporation, SUN TV, SIFY, Indian Bank before
moving onto academics, as a Professor in Marketing at IBS. Later, he had worked
for one of the group companies of TVS after which he began practicing as a Management
